THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

Booking 411

  • Get with your friends and organize yourself into rooms. Only one person in a room will book the reservation. They will be able to add additional guests during the booking process. This person is considered the Lead Guest.
  • There are rooms available for 2, 3 or 4 adults.  Children can be added to your reservation.
  • Everyone (including children) will need a Cloud 9 Account in order to attend Wilco’s Sky Blue Sky.
  • A $250 deposit ($500 if booking a Rock Suite) per person will be required to reserve your suite. This deposit goes towards paying off the total cost of your reservation.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • Packages are priced per person and in USD.
  • You are able to reserve additional items such as extra nights, transportation, travel insurance, and kids items if you are planning to bring your family.
  • Please be mindful add-on items must be paid in full at the time they are added to your reservation and are non-refundable. If adding these items when first making your reservation, your total deposit due will increase based on the additional items you add.
  • After paying the deposit, your balance will be broken up into five equal payments. When booking you can split payments amongst your roommates, but the person booking will need their card information prior to making the reservation. Plan ahead!
  • Payments can be split after making the reservation, however, anyone with financial responsibility must have a credit card on file.

Public On Sale

  • Rooms for Wilco’s Sky Blue Sky are on sale now.
  • Everyone attending Sky Blue Sky needs a Cloud 9 Account. Save yourself time and register prior to booking.
  • Find a room type you want but have 1 or 2 back up choices in mind in case your first choice is sold out.
  • Have your wallet handy!  You will have 10 minutes to complete your reservation.
  • Pro Tip: Log into your Cloud 9 Account before the On Sale begins to ensure a seamless process.

Lead Guest

  • This is the person that creates the reservation and is the “owner”.
  • They are responsible for making sure the reservation is in good financial standing.
  • This is the only person that can initiate changes to names on a reservation. It is the Lead’s responsibility to make sure that all the guests are properly added.
  • The Lead Guest is the only person who can cancel a reservation.
  • Changes to the Lead Guest are subject to a fee according to the Name Change Schedule.

Roommates

  • Have everyone create a Cloud 9 Account. They will need an account in order to check in at the resort.
  • Add your roommate when booking by entering their name and email address.
  • Guests can be added or changed until December 17, 2019. Fees may apply.
  • Guest additions and name changes are only complimentary for a limited time. Fees WILL increase the longer you wait.
  • Single occupancy rooms ARE NOT available.

Accessibility

Please make sure that you have notes of your mobility and medical conditions in your Cloud 9 Account and in the Preferences section of your reservation.

  • If you require special needs support or require first floor accommodations due to your mobility issues, please contact the Travel Team.
  • Wheelchairs, scooters, and amphibious chairs (with larger tires that can traverse sand and are water friendly) can also be rented and delivered to the hotel through Playa Mobility. You can check out their inventory of ADA friendly selections HERE.
  • Sky Blue Sky airport transportation offers ADA accessible shuttle options for those in need. Purchase transportation at the standard rate and contact the Travel Team to make arrangements at least 30 days prior to the event.
